Sir: I firmly believe that a loan from the Alaska Permanent Fund is certainly warrented. Alaskans must invest in their own State. The Permanent Fund is an excellent method of accomplishing a project as big as this. I also suggest that our Royalty Gas be used in AK to promote industry in Our Great State. Yours, Alan R.
