Interesting take, but is it not the responsibility of appointees of the governor to enact their policies or quit? The appointee refused to make adjustments in his budget, and did not resign. As for the trooper, he did break the law on the moose meal, and at least the numerous allegations were giving the department a bad public perception. Your writeup is a little too one-sided to convince a thinking person.
