June 23, 2010: As the Parnell administration looks to spend $2 million to hire a consultant to review proposals for changing state petroleum taxes to encourage a natural gas pipeline, I can't help but once again say how flawed this AGIA process has been to the detriment of Alaska's natural gas pipeline hopes.
