Now that the facts have come to light, I am still amazed that some of your callers on your show are willing to over look the breach of honesty in this matter. Their sole reason for this is that "she has done so many good things for Alaska since becoming Gov." When Questioned what good things, the common answer, if they can come up with one is the utter destruction of the good old boys club, whom have apparently called the shots here in Alaska since state hood. Fact: That she blew the whistle on Rudrderick, She herself had run her campaign for Lt. gov. out of the wasilla's city hall. She used equipment and materials and had city employees do campaign work for her. As all the other things that have come to light, this to was swept under the carpet as so many other things that are direct violations of a one campaigning code or another. Wooten was just the tip of a very large ice burg that has floated around way to long. Intimidateing employee's by makeing them all at will workers and threats of loseing jobs. But now that some very brave people are giving up bits and pices of this so call clear and transparent politician, will she be able to weather out this storm by simply stateing how happy she is that she has been exonerated of all wrong doing. Most likely. She always has and my guess is that she always will. I make a plea to the past people that have worked around this nightmare in the past and presently come forward and tell all they have seen and heard over the years. If enough of you finaly decide enough is enough and you love your country, you will not stand by and possibly allow this Dishonest Gov. to posibly become one of the most powerful people in the world. It's not a party thing, Its a moral requirement. I know your out there, because I was one of you, and we were all there, maybe at differant times and differant places but we were there and we know the truth. She has stepped on more than just the integrity of a good man(Walt).She is now standing up in frount of all America and pretending to be a represenitive of a honest politician. Thank you Andrew for shedding light on the political realities in Alaska. Thank you for leading us through the "dark" and into the "light". So Andrew how does it feel being able to manipulate so many people’s actions from a hotel bar?? Gee Wiz, who knew you had that much power? Is there anything you can do to help me with my mother in law, or are you over messing with people’s in-laws? Or better yet can you help me pin all of my wrong doings all on one person, I hear bloggers are easy targets, do you know of any reputable and highly respected bloggers that we can throw mud at?? Of all the things they could come up with and they choose YOU? I like to think of you as a whistle blower, you had evidence that there were wrong doings and you brought them to the public…that’s all. It sounds like they are way more disgruntled about things than you.

Thank you for your work on this story! I hope that the American people receive the truth. Palin comes across as a Stalin/Hitler figure. She is very scary and dangerous in my opinion. She needs to be recalled as Governor and since she is not stepping out of VP race, hopefully the report will be released so people know the truth.

Andrew, Thank you for helping to restore democracy to Alaska and to enabling Americans to learn the truth about Governor Palin and her husband. The nation needs strong leaders of upmost principal and integrity in these difficult financial times. It is critical that we learn the truth of Governor Palin's possbile abuse of power and inclusion of her husband in Alaskan state affairs. We are at a very critical juncture in selecting our next President and Vice President, and your efforts to bring this story to the rest of the U.S. is extremely important. I applaud your patriotism.

Andrew...You are such a Eddie Hascle. You have loved every moment of trying to bring all this down. By night you type up your blogger thoughts feeding the press with a little fuel to the fire. Come afternoon you bring on your politician voice to calm the few folks listening. The truth be...the average Alaskan does not care. Not because we like or do not like Sarah...because we can see ourselves in the same position. I hope after this is all over you will put just as much of your time into asking how the review board for the Troopers investigates their own. Please spare me the the long song and dance about how Wooten was already put on leave and punished. I get that....I want to know if I report a trooper for something..will my concern be given any consideration. It only takes one bad apple to spoil the rest. I am more than sure the good troopers in this State have hated all this press for the likes of Wooten. All this has only brought on many of us to question what else do we not know about what is going on at the Troopers Headquarters. If someone like the Palins had to go through this...any of us could be next. That is what I, just a simple long time citizen, worries about. Not if Sarah was out of line as a Gov., but very much in line as a citizen. It is nice you have found your place as a blogger...your days in politics has long been over. If, as David Brooks said, Sarah Palin is a cancer to the GOP, then Andrew Halcro is the chemotherapy. As a "left leaning independent", I am grateful that Halcro has the nerve, brains, and tenacity to speak truth to power, and hold the liars accountable. AK made a big mistake by not giving Halcro the governorship in '06, as he is clearly an ethical man and a sharp thinker. Maybe next time he should wink more.

Todd, when he saw Wooten on the snow machine was upset that the law wasn't being followed? Really, Todd? You're a supporter of the law? Todd's comments with regard to the State Troopers make me ill. How dare he. He has NO idea what it's like for our Troopers (and our local police departments), and certainly has no clue what it's like as a Trooper in Bush Alaska. I do. First hand. And Todd Palin, you can kiss my A**! Oh, and it always strikes me as funny how Todd and Sarah always bring up the DV against Wooten....but they NEVER follow it up with the truth, about how it was dismissed because she told the judge that no, he never harmed her or the children, nor was he afraid of him - but that HER family pressured her!
